and are awarded to chapters who earn points with NMDP.

Vinyl Stickers

Awarded to all chapter members whose chapter earns at least 250 points.

​

Lapel Pins

Awarded to all chapter members whose chapter earns at least 750 points.

EARN MORE POINTS

ONE design per student = 25 points awarded to chapter
 

Winning designs (one for each category) = 100 points awarded to each chapter plus a swag bag for each designer

DESIGN DETAILS

  • Designs must include the logos of both NMDP and HOSA. 

  • Use any illustration technique you prefer: drawing, pencil, markers, paint, colored pencil, paint, digital, sketch 3D, etc. 

  • Designs can be any number of colors. When placing the NMDP logo, make sure to use the all-white logo on colored backgrounds. You may use the full-color logo on a white background only.

  • Designers must submit their own original artwork. Any non-original logos, photos, or images used in the design must be used only with written permission of the source and grant NMDP free use of that logo, photo or image. 

  • Chapters may submit multiple designs, however only ONE design submission is allowed per student. The ONE design must be either a sticker OR a lapel pin. 

  • Winning designs may need to be modified to fit NMDP brand and/or printing requirements. 

  • Winning designers will be contacted by mail and phone.

HOW TO SUBMIT

  • Email your design in jpg, png, or PDF format to HOSA@nmdp.org no later than March 22, 2024, at 11:59 pm Central Time. 
     

  • Your email design submission MUST include the following: 

    • Specify whether the design is a vinyl sticker or lapel pin 

    • Full name 

    • Mailing address 

    • Advisor’s name 

    • Chapter name and chapter number 

    • Phone number 
       

CHOOSING THE WINNING DESIGNS

The top 5 designs in each category (vinyl sticker and lapel pin) will be chosen by a team at NMDP and reviewed by a panel of voters to determine the winner.
